Registration
At least one contributing author must be registered at the conference for the day their paper is scheduled. All authors attending the conference must be registered.
Screening Room
A screening room set up with audio-visual equipment will be available in Hyatt’s Neilson 3 room at the following dates and times:
Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Authors’ Breakfast
Each morning of the conference, a complimentary breakfast will be served at 7:00 a.m. for the authors of that day’s presentations on at the Hyatt on Level 3 Herald/Doll room. All authors must attend on the day they are presenting to meet with their session chair and to review the technical session logistics.
