Authors must obtain copyright permission and add the appropriate text to their paper below before submitting the paper for posting on this web site. Papers should be submitted in PDF format. Papers, with the appropriate IEEE copyright text shown below, should be sent to Kevin Peterson. You can email the file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Papers will be listed by Year and Conference Paper Number, Title, Author(s).
IEEE requires that the following copyright/credit line appears prominently on the first screen of the reprinted paper, with the appropriate details filled in:
