  2. Since PCIC does not collect the hotel fees, all hotel pricing is shown and will be charged in Canadian Dollars CA$ plus Tax (currently at 12.3%).<\/li>\n
  3. Only one hotel room can be booked per reservation.<\/li>\n
  4. Cancellations can be made up to 3:00pm the day prior to arrival.<\/li>\n

    UPDATE (September 6th <\/sup><\/em>)<\/strong>:  <\/span>The room blocks in the main conference hotels have now been closed.  An additional room block has been obtained at the Hilton Garden Inn, 3 Blocks east of the Hyatt Regency.   The hotel link can be found on the Conference Registration website.  <\/em>Rates will vary from $169 to $219 Cdn. depending on which nights are selected, and for as long as rooms are available.<\/em><\/p>\n
